Patricia Ann (Boyd) Sekula

Patricia Ann Sekula, 65, of Brandonville, passed away February 20, 2026, at St. Luke's University Hospital-Ostrum Campus, Bethlehem, following a short illness.

Born in Orlando, FL, September 1, 1960, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Mary (Currie) Haines and spent the past 22 years in Brandonville after moving from Ringtown in 2005. She married her high school sweetheart, Robert Sekula on December 9, 1978, in Riverside New Jersey.

Patricia was most recently employed at Redner's Markets in Shenandoah. She had also worked as an assistant manager for Burger King in Shenandoah and had also spent time at Jel-wen Doors in High Ridge Industrial Park. She enjoyed gardening, reading, and sitting around campfires enjoying time with family and friends. She also loved cooking, talking walks in nature and riding motorcycles with her husband.

She was preceded in death, in addition to her parents, by her stepfather, Walter Haines, two brothers, Jimmy "Sticks" Boyd and Ricky Boyd, and a sister, Theresa Boyd.

Surviving are her loving and devoted husband, Robert Sekula; two sons, Robert Sekula Jr. and wife Kathleen, Shenandoah; and Anthony Sekula Sr., Sunbury; a daughter, Mary Hutnick and husband Paul, St. Claire; five grandchildren, Destiny, Anthony "TJ" Jr., Robert III., Jeremiah, and Rachel; two sisters, Martha Dillon, Palm Bay, FL; and Mary Werner, Oskaloosa, IA; a brother, William B. Boyd, Pottstown; and many nieces and nephews.

Her funeral will be held at the convenience of her family at a later date. Memorial donations can be made in her memory to St. John's Lutheran Church-Brandonville, C/O St. John's Lutheran Church, 15 West Park Avenue, Ringtown, PA 17967.
